David Wiggins, 3-D Renovations Handyman walked off job after getting paid and left work unfinshed, Summerville, SC

I hired Mr. Wiggins to do some major renovations on my house including my kitchen. He assured me that he could do all of the work. After he finished the subfloor work, which didn't pass inspection by the way, he began some work on the kitchen. He then announced that he was finished "on-time" and asked me to pay him. He was such an enjoyable guy that I just went ahead and paid him, then he disappeared. I still have no kitchen in my house, the work didn't pass inspection, his men left paint and plaster all over my good hard wood floors, they removed baseboard in my hallway and never replaced it, I don't even know if they kept it. The floor under one of the rooms still bounces and rattles everything in the room, and some of the supports that his men built were not filled solid with concrete as promised, allowing easier access for termites to penetrate the house. I am no sueing him for running 30 days late (minimum) on completion of the job, pluss damage to my floors and not finishing painting and popcorn ceiling removal that he was fully paid for!

This man has so much nerve, he even refused to pick up a certified letter that I sent him asking him to complete the work. He has just ignored me. Well, He'll get his I'm sure!
