Colonial Development Company LLC. - Colonial Home Improvement LLC. Theft of services by refusing to complete work as per contract and taking most of the money

My husband and I hired this company over a year ago to do major work on our house. They have collected about 97% of the total money and they have refused to complete the job. They also refused to do a lot of the work as specified in the contract forcing us to spend an excess amount of money with outside contractors. We have not been able to pass inspection because they refuse to complete the work. So far we paid them 86,900.00 of the 88,800.00 that they charged for the work. There is still major work to be completed.
The work not completed includes new windows throghout the hose, new back sliding door, installation of new front door, removal of mold caused by their carelessness, replacement of rug damaged by them, saddles in kitchen and family room, painting of family room and kitchen, refusing to install kitchen cabinets so we had to hire someone else, HVAC in the total of 10,000.00 that we had to pay for eventhoug it was part of the contract but they refused in the initial phase to continue the work so we had no other choice. Sanding, priming and painting soffit in basement, repairing a closet doors that were improperly placed by them, replacemet of vinyl siding taken down by them and never replaced, repair ceiling caused by their negligence, and they also refused to pay electrician for lighting in new addition and kitchen that was remodeled.
