Service Shut Off, Charged Extra Months and Three Termination Fees

I had a family plan and a regular plan - verizon shut off my phones for a total bill of only 1 month and they also wanted an extra month. My phones were shut off on 3/24/06 and I asked them to correct the bill - I also tried to pay them over the phone $249.00 and the chic on the phone "refused my payment". I have constantly told them to correct my bill and they would find I owe even less than the $249.00 but they refused and totally cancelled all my services and then decided they would also charge me for the complete month of march, april may and june and also charge me 3 termination fees of $175.00 each phone. To this day I am still trying to get them to fix the bill and they are refusing and when you ask to speak to a manager or someone in a higher position than that you get only a manager and he on the phone is too busy with his adding machine than trying to take care of the customer and fix the bill. Hope verizon can finally have someone straighten them out once and for all. I am forwarding this website as I only found it on accident but I can say that 7 people I know are having very similar problems with verizon. And they to need to know about this site as well as their friends.
