Reward Zone Certificates Expired Before Reissue Was Refused

Best Buy reward zone charges $15 for a reward zone card that enables a customer to earn reward point redeemable for cash based on purchases.

They state that they issued gift certificates and sent them to me, but I never received them. Although I called them three times to report that I had not received the certificates, they waited until the certificates had expired and then refused to reissue them. The certificates were worth $155. They only sent $5 out of the total and stated that they could not reissue the other certificates.

Although I called to report this several time, they were evasive and refused to resolve the problem. Their last response was that they could not reissue certificates that had expired even though the problem was reported before the certificates expired.
