Ripoff Refuses to honor Gift Certificates Fraud in

I purchased 2 gift certificates for thier salon. I called to use them and make appointments. They refused. They state that the certificates have expired.in the state of California gift certificates do not expire.

They are to be treated just as cash by the vendor. I will be demanding a refund from either the salon or ad-efx.com who issued the certificates. Warning to all those in L.A., do not purchase these certificates as they do not honor them!
