Ripoff Vonage is shady with their 1 month free promo Internet Only

When I signed up, Vonage rep said I get one month free. Not even! A month after, I was charged $52.99! If I cancel my vonage account, they want to charge me another $49.99. I called and called, was on hold for about 2 hours. FInally, some guy with a foreign accent answered the phone and was not able to help because he knows nothing so he had to transfer me with his supervisor who answered the phone after 44 minutes and then this supervisor does not know what to do so she was transferring me another supervisor but I hanged up because I don't have all day to stay on the phone. Also, no matter what time of the day I call, they just have a bad habit of putting customers on hold for hours. I tried to call them around 1:00 am, still the same. I don't believe they have that much volume of calls aduring that time. Another thing, they will not tell you that they bill you in full in advance because that will expose their shady business of not giving a month free. This company is nothing but crap!
