In August I move from Florida to North Carolina due to the the Hurricane that destroyed my home. I visited the North Carolina Alltel center near my new home asked questions about my service, then made the switch from Florida, to North Carolina thinking all was settled.

Now almost 2 years later I am being charged $474.35 on a supposed debt. Upon checking my records, all debts from Florida were paid in September. North Carolina debts were paid in January. So what am I paying for. Obviously someone didn't do their job now I get stuck with a bill I don't believe I should be paying. So now what do I do no one is returning my phones.
