Ripoff deceptive company

If you are seriously considering getting a mobile phone company that will be fair, honest, and reliable, please do not make the mistake we made and choose Alltel. We had a very dishonest experience with this company, we even called their "parent" company in Arizona, looking for customer help, but they too, were not honest. We reported our experience to the BBB, only to later find out that Alltel was a paying customer of theirs, and we believe that the BBB first obligation is to agree with their paying customers, not the consumers.
