Allowing usa voicemail to fraudulently bill me and sending me to a phoney web page

Alltel has been allowing usa voicemail to charge me 12.95 a month for something I dont want, didnt ask for and dont use. When I contacted alltel, I was given a web address that turned out to be a blank page. Alltel and usa voicemail are pointing fingers back and getting away with it
