Ripoff not paying earned commissionable wages double-billed clients and took taxes out without paying said taxes

I Eugene was fired from a company because I divulged secrets concerning unfair business practices performed by Raul-max-Brown and Gary Amerson to former employees of Value Advertising. They have a standard practice of telling new hires they fired a particular employee when the fact of the matter is that individual quit the company. Most individuals who have quit, were escorted off the premises without the rest of the employees finding out the reason for leaving. They have owed every single person who has quit the company money. Due to the amounts usually being less than $1000.00, hardly anyone takes the time to settle in court. Because it is a commission based business, when the daily settle up sheet is signed, it is standard practice for them to include the wrong date on settle-up in order to make it that much more difficult to reconsile at a later date. I have heard from several businesses who have expressed disdain in the way Value Ad does not deliver the type of clientel they promise to deliver.

They reflect and redirect to no end to tire an individual and from pursuing just closure with concerns of pay.

Their employee turn-over ratio is astronomical, with retention less than 10 percent because of these practices.

They owe me personally in excess of $1,600.00

If your company is in the Spa or oil-change business I would strongly suggest that you do not do business with them, because the promises made by them in delivering a certain type of clientel, will not be supported by their methods of accruing new-clients.
