"mallforall.com" rip-off

I too was ripped off by NADN. I never got my tax return review completed as promised and they got me on the 30 day trial. What they don't tell you is that there is NO REFUND after 30 days, not even a pro-rated one. I enrolled in the service on 12/9/02 and sent in my request for cancellation on 1/9/03. That was 31 days, not 30. My bad & I will deal with it.

What I can't deal with is the "Mallforall.com" website deal. I agreed (like an idiot) to let them draft $2995 out of my checking account for the website purchase. Which they did. I was supposed to receive all the contracts and have 72 hours to review them. I did review them when received & found out about the $10000 promissory note that goes with it & decided I didn't want to do the website.

I called to cancel and received a call back from Evie who said she would extend my review period to 2/7/03 so I could research the website deal further. I did this and called her back on 1/27-1/30 and left messages that she never returned. On January 28, I faxed in a written cancellation request on the website purchase.

I then called everyday after that to see if it was received (they never receive faxes) since I had a log from my fax machine showing the fax went thru. On January 30, I received a call from Melissa that the fax was received and that client resolution (those people who don't take incoming calls) would call me about the refund. I never heard from them.

I have called everyday since then & gotten Emma in customer service every time. She originally said it hadn't been 7 days, then 10 days, that they have to process the refund. Today she says she has sent a request about when the refund will be processed to client resolution & has gotten no response. She says she will send another request.

I am writing in hopes that I can get my $2995 back and that no one else will have to endure this torture. I guess the old saying is true, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
