Ripoff

A year ago we had a cell phone stolen, and a $1500.00 bill was accumulated. We spoke with AT&T, they were told the circumstances. They required that we fill out a police report, and they would settle for one half of the bill. This was paid, all of a sudden LDG FINANCIAL, decided that this was not satisfactory, and have hounded us daily, sometimes several times daily to call that ever popular Miss Daniels. I called recently, and was told that "Miss Daniel" is only "online". They are an extremely rude company to deal with, no customer service there.

I wrote this to say AMEN to Herbert, let's get the word out.
