Ripoff no work ethics rude elaine shouldn't be in charge

Complaint Description:
5/17/06 I called Atech at 9am PST and asked to speak to the manager Elivia. They told me to Hold an she would be right with me. Well 37min later she answered the phone and asked what I needed. I then explained to her that I had an Engine core from Reviva that was to be picked up on the 15th and nobody showed up, she than said that someone would be there by 6pm today and she Garenteed me that it would be picked up. I then informed her according to the bill of lading that was fax to ATS than to Yellow Than to Atech that a lift gate was needed and that was the only reason yellow didnt pick this up and was subbed out to her company. Se said no problem that the liftgate would not be an issue that all her trucks have them. I then asked for the ownerds info for Atech so I could write a letter or call. She said that she is the highest person I could talk too. Well 11am A truck from Atech arrives and guess what, No lift gate. The Guys get angry and said they would try to get back by 6pm. I called to speak to Elaine at 530pm and talked to dispach and they said someone would try to make it out by 630 to hold out and wait. I then asked to speak with the manager Elaine she said no problem please hold. I was on hold for 42 min and then hear someone pick up the phone and hang right up. Appon call back I get the message that it is after hours please call back or leave a message. Note that this is not the first time that this has hapened. When the engine was to get dropped off in April Atech had the engine in there posetion for 3 days before I called then to ask why this has not been dropped off with promisise of Dropping it on that day, Also being hung up on right at closing time. 635 on 5/17/06 Atech shows up at the pick up point YOLO BRO. TRUCKING The driver doent speak a lick of English and didnt know what he was picking up. The driver Than asked the Guy at our shop to fill out his own bill of lading even though there was one provided on the core. The driver even asked Brian to fill out the part that was the responsabillity of the driver. He also filled out the drivers log... We will see how this ends...
