On 11/23/10 Kyle booked this load from Paramount, CA to Green Bay, WI. When Kyle (Rands Trucking) booked the load Brenda (FSD) asked Kyle what time can your driver pick up on 11/24/10 Kyle replied between 2 to 2:30pm because my driver will not get off loaded until 1pm I said okay I will make your drivers appointment for 2:30pm to be safe 'Kyle said that will be great". On 11/24/10 there driver showed up in Paramount to get loaded at 10am, our customer called us to say that the load will not be ready until 2:30pm your appointment time, I said okay I will call the driver & let him know. Brenda call Kyle and told Kyle that the appointment is at 2:30pm like you wanted and your driver is over there trying to get loaded Kyle replied I will call my driver & let him know his appointment time. Brenda responded is your driver going to go back at 2:30pm to get loaded Kyle said yes. At 3pm Brenda gets a call from our customer stating that the driver is not there, I replied I will call Rands Trucking & see what’s going on. Well after numerous of phone call and a few hours later Matt from Rands Trucking called me back. I asked him were is his driver at that was suppose to pick up this load in Paramount at 2:30pm Matt said well someone from your office dispatched him over there at 10am this morning I said no one from our office dispatched him over there because I'm the only person on full truck load side I asked Matt well then who did your driver speak to at our office (Matt couldn't remember, Brenda’s response was because no one from our office dispatched you driver that’s your job), the appointment that Kyle from your office wanted me to make was 2:30pm for pick up. Then Matt was rambling on and on and was rude to me on the telephone and said that we double brokered the load, I said no we DO NOT double broker, is that your excuse for a no show on picking up this load. Matt said I do not want to be rude and hang up on you, but I have other calls on hold.
