Ripoff dishonest trap cheater web partners

On April 8 SAT arround or after 9:00PM Sandeep from Colorado called who I believe works
for mydishnetusa.com (CYB) a web partner to dishnetwork.
He wanted to talk about a promotion. I told him I am already a dishnetwork customer.inspite of that he saidI am eligible for the promotion.
He offered me following promotions:
1. English 60 for $19.95
2.international (Zee, Sony, TV Asia, B4U & FM) for $20.00
3. Starz for 3 months free
4. Free DVR & Home Theater
5. $49.99 of installtion will be refunded on 1st. Bill.
He setup my account using my mom's name and last 4 digits of her social. He manipulated the address and succeeded in creating this account.
On April 12 WED someone from "Sanders" installed dish, set-up a dual reciever and Engish 60 programming at my home.
And he said I have to call dishnetwork to activate my Internation channels.
Upon calling DishNetwork, they told me they will activate my International channels for which the charge was same as regular and ther was no promotion applied to my account.
They said I had 2 accounts active as of now. And for the new account there are no promotions applied neither for English basic nor for Internation channels. On top of it the installation charges were also non-refundable.
My bill will be $63 per month which is $20 more than my previous account.
And I cannot break the new account contract since they will charge $240 penalty for that.
The mydishnetusa guy set me up inspite of me being a dishnetwork customer just to get me enrolled under them ao they can get commission from dishnetwork.
I AM LOOSING $22.01 * 18 (months) = $396.18 $49.99 installation.
My total loss is $446.17
Do not buy dishnetwok from any agents or web partners.
