Dishnetwork took 300.00 out of my checking account when the contract belonged to my sister, she even signed her own contract but yet dishnetwork put it in my name ripoff

In april i used my debt card for my sister for a one time fee of 49.99, but yet when my sister broke her contract they took 300.00 out of my checking account and when i notified dishnetwork they said that the satellite was in my name but yet my sister signed the contract, now dishnetwork will not refund my money and go after my sister for the fee and the equipment which she will not send back.
