Dish Network Ripoff Charged $175.00 for 1 day of use for sattelite, Dish said we had 3 days to cancell without penalty

My family ordered dish network on the bases certain channels would be in highdefinition through Dish network. When the installer showed up my boyfriend was not home and I sighned an installation agreement. When my boyfriend came home the channels we ordered were not available in high definition as promised. He then called Dishnetwork the same day it was installed talked to them and agreed to cancel the service as it was not as described by Dishnetwork. Dishnetwork said they would cancel the contract with out any penalties as it was in their policy to allow for 3 days from date of installation. Later I got a bill from channel choice for $125.00 (aside from the instalition fee I paid of $50.00) for early termination of contract. I had returned all of their equipment with in their time line. I advised them of what Dish Network said and that their installation had left a drill bit mark across my fence (not through) and that the programming was not what we had agreed to. They responeded by putting me in collections. FOR ONE AY OF SERVICE COST $175.00! Dish Network advised me to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I have paid Channel Choice after disputing the charge for 6 months to protect my credit but would have never signed their installation forms had I known Channel Choice only a subcontractor posing as Dish Network to lure me into their contract which was nothing like Dish Network told me it was.
