Billed $930 Including $190 Late Fee After Five Years As Customer

I have been with cinglar for 5years, and my last bill was 630.00, and 190.00 for late fee, and now they said i ow them 930.00, so i think it is sob for some peole to do this. Could you let me know what to do.
