No Resolution From Customer Service, Considering Lawyer

Still no comment from them or there workers. No one seems to be able to correct my problem, that is why cingular is the worst for costumer service. Time to go to the laywer and our state repesentive. It is time to go past writting a complaint, time to have someone with cingular get these problems
