Poor customer service

Every time you contact TvMax regarding an issue your having wheither it be cable or there internet, all they do is submit forms regarding your issue, and can never be able to contact a supervisor at anytime of the day or nite. They also give false information, false hopes, reps are not properly trained, and you can never get credit for the time your out of service. Your always asked to wait for a work order to be completed before any credit, IF Any to be applied. I have had Signal problems also for 4 weeks, and have had 4 seperate work order done and still the service is not where it suppose to be. When i initially contacted Tv Max regarding my issues, all i get is rude reps that are not willing to go the extra mile to assist there ]customers on any issue. Additionally, if you have a internet problem there customer service on the internet portion ends at 5pm on weekdays, and closed on weekends. There overall customer service is extremly poor, and all they can do is fustrate and agrevate you to no ends and still not get the service you deserve. If i were you, never get service with TvMax, they level of service is not where it should be at all, not in the least.
