Ripoff charging more than what service is actually worth

We subscribed to cable TV service in our area due to it being only one available. Since using service, three channels not even working, yet being charged for full service. Live in apartment complex and may customers have dropped service already and using satellite dish.

Company now in chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Will be dropping this for different provider.
