Ripoff because not wanting to fix a reciever or replace with new one when the reciever had insurance on it

I bought a Sony audio reciever from Rex TV for my home to play music with on August 7 and he said I had a two year warranty on it. They told me that if anything happened to it that they would fix it the way it was supposed to be or they would replace it for free. Well this is the first of March and I took it to them to get if fixed and he told me they would take care of me. They called and told me my reciever was fixed on March 9 and I came and got it.

When I got home and hooked it up I found out it doesn't play the same, it doesn't sound the same, and doesn't have the power it had. The reciever has a max of 100Wx7. They only just patched it up and said the the heck with me. So I advise you or anybody not to buy anything from Rex TV not even a tv, or anything else they have because when it tears up they'll fix it the cheapest way they can and it won't be the way its supposed to be. When I called them to try to see if they would take it back on March 9 the day I just got back and found out it wasn't the way its supposed to be, I asked them if they would replace it with another and they said they couldn't, then I asked if they'd give my money back and they said no because you can only return it in within a 7 day period of purchasing it. If they would have just fixed it right the first time I wouldn't have a had a problem. I have spent over $1,700 there, so that just shows they don't value their customers. So I adivise you and anyone else, DO NOT buy from Rex TV they'll rip you off.
