Ripoff defective product refund refusal

Product purchased did not work. Price was $126.55. I e-mailed the company that the product was defective and Marcella said to return it for a refund. I packaged it up and returned it at my own expense and was refunded only the purchase price of $119.90.

After numerous attempts to get the freight charge refunded, I gave up. The company refuses to refund freight charges, even though they know their product does not work. They never even questioned the validity of whether the product worked - they knew it didn't.

I was told to call the president of the company, Mr. Bonge at 805-644-1797 ext. 105 if I wanted to pursue the issue. I did, repeatedly. Guess what, he's never in the office and never returns phone calls. His voice mail his always full and you have to leave a message with the secretary.

Don't buy from these people unless you just want to give them money and receive nothing in return.
