Ripoff very rude! Not helpful! And they lie right to your face

Well this just took place to day on the phone they informed me that i owed six thousand dollards for a car that was repoed that i knew i owed but was not sure how much or what need to be done to take care of it i told them i have not recived a statment from them they said we have sent a lot out i asked what address they had they had the right one but did not have my apt# so it never was put in my box i asked them to send a nother one they said no we are not gonna wait on you we are going to sue you and hung up i called back asked for a manager this was even worst she said i was yelling i was not she was sayen she was gonna take my husbands check and i asked her if i could make payments i can only pay 200 a month on this she said no you have to pay 250 a month i need to know if that is ture dose any one know anyways i let them know that i was wanting to pay on it and well they just kept telling me that they were not gonna send me a statment i told them i never got one they dont belive me but im ready to pay but i want to see somthing every month sayen i payed what i pay also can any one tell me if i have to send in 250 a month or can i send 200 and be ok please help im very scared and i cant handle the stress of this whole thang thank you for your time
