Worthless workers who are too fat to catch animals anyway ripoff

Pasadena Animal Control IS completely worthless. They actually call themselves "Animal Rescue". How do they rescue anything? Being caught by them is basically a death sentence. My neighborhood has some pesky cats that they can't catch, and there was once a wandering dog that someone called on that they tried many times to capture. It took me less than an hour to lure it over to me (There's no way in hell I would hand it over to them). They're kind of like domestic terrorists.

My dogs were chained up in the back, and randomly they come over and say I have this many days to get them shots or they'll confiscate them. Rabies shots are effective for way longer than a year, I'll start with that, but to sum it all up, PAC is like a terroristic, murdering organization full of fat people who can just drive their air conditioned vans all day.
