Company offers "free" spay or neuter with shots of animal... When asked how much the "free" neuter costs we were told $38... And was led to believe this included all shots and neutering free... Turns out we were charge $38 for just rabies alone no other shots when it has always been $15 for rabies alone and only $25 for neutering in the past... They wanted additional monies for the other shots at twice the cost. They are advertising the neutering or spaying is free as long as you pay for vaccines.
