EMS Auction Success ripoff

I send for a ebay auction success kit.in the process there was a 5.95 monthly fee. When I got the kit and found it was no use to me I called and canceled the monthly membership Feb. Thinking everything was good to go and I was canceled I looked at my bank statement and found another debit from Ems auctions and thier toll free number.

I called again and they told me I was already canceled. So I asked them why the charge? They told me to get it refunded I would have to fax a copy of my statement where I was charged again. I went to fax the statement and got a phone disconnect recording. Called them back and they told me I was given the correct fax number. Tried again and got the same recording. So I have filed the necessary complaints to get this company to stop withdrawing money from my account. So becareful on any websites that promise free ebay success kits. Its just a rip.
