Max Globin Ripped off My Max's Picturethis

Won an eBay auction 10/2 for 3 tshirts and paid promptly. The next day I found out from eBay that the auction had been canceled and i didnt have to pay. Alas we send our payments minutes after we win auctions. Contacted maximglobin (ebay screenname) to make sure they were printing my shirts. He wrote me back and assured us that we would have the shirts no later than 10/9. Its 10/21 and we have no shirts, no tracking information and no contact from the seller. Worst of all ebay says we cannot get our money back because the auction was canceled. Im glad that this happened now and not when we sent hundreds of dollars for a large order which we were prepared to do IF the quality of the work was good and shipping was fast. Very frustrating lack of customer service and down right thievery.
