Signed me up for $39.95 per month membership without my concent

I ordered a FREE ebay auction success selling kitfrom an email sent to me. When I ordered it, they then said I would have to pay $1.97 for the shipping and handeling. So I aggreed to that and then put in my debit card #. When the transaction proccessed, it then said congrats, you have recieved a free 14-day trial issue of Bidfuel.com. If you do not cancel after 14-days your card will be charged $39.95 a month. I did not want a subscription to Bidfuel. On the 14th day after, they charged my account $39.95. I called the 800 # and told them I did not want to be a member of Bidfuel.com and I want to cancel imeadiatly. They said no problem, your membership is canceled and we will refund your $39.95 to your card today. Well, the next day I checked my card and it had not been refunded so I called them back and they said well it was canceled but the refund was not proccessed and now the account is closed and we can not go in and proccess a refund. After some heated discussions and a supervisor getting involved, they aggreed to refund it today, suposedly. That took place today, 03/24. I am going to check my card tomorow and see if this happened or not. My guess is not. So if you recieve an email offering you a free ebay auction success kit, DELEET it!!! I will update this posting later.
