Ripoff charging and horrible customer service

I never liked Cingular reputation but i didn't know it was going to be this horrible until i had to face it myself. I started my wireless account with cingular a year ago. It was my biggest mistake because i had put myself in hell since then. They always over charge me on my monthly bill for the number that had never existed in my contract. I always have to go to this cingular store in my neighborhood and complain about the bill.

I had called customer service for like million times to corret the error on my bill but they never corrected and instead, they kept adding up those non-existed "unpaid" fees for every months. And i had to go change my SIM cards for several times because their SIM cards suck and they wanted to charge me for those new SIM cards. But of course, i told them off and i got rid of those non-sense ripoff. But i get disappointed whenever i recieve my bill because i keep seeing like $200 on my monthly bill just for 3 phones, (of course they charged like $100 for that number that had never existed).

Then i finally decided to change my phone service after my "one-year" contract was over. I called to cancel my account last month but i could only cancel my 2 phone lines because the last one (which i added 1 month after my first two phone lines) still has one more month until it is fially off the contract. Otherwise, i would have to pay the cancellation fee, $150. Of course, i didn't want to pay those dirty bastards.

So i waited until today to cancel my last phone. But i was told today that my last one is not going to be off the contract until December. Fk those b—tards. They told me it was under 2-year contract, which was totally wrong because i made sure that the last one was also under same contract as my first two line before i made a purchase.

They told me to go talk to the local store if i wanted to do prove myself right. So i went there and talk to this rep manager, who sold the phones. He told me that i am mistaken because he had never done 2 year contract with the customers before. He even made fun of me and laughed at me with his co-workers when i made a complaint and after i left the store. Of Course i knew that it was 1 year contract because i carefully read it before i signed the papers.

I remember clearly that i told him i wouldn't add the additional ph line if if dosn't fall under the same contract and he said "of course, it will fall under same contract". However, i could not do anything about it because it is in THEIR computer system. I asked for my paper work but they said they don't keep papers from previous year. The answer was totally different from what the customer service had said eariler when i called them. They specifically told me that every local store keep their customers' paper work. I can't believe that they are holding me down with my last phone line. But there was nothing else i can do to save myself from paying the stupid cancellation fee if i wanted to cancel my account.

At last, i chose to pay that stupid one time fee than paying $75 everymonth for another 11 months for their bullshit monthly service.
