Ripoff! - I cancelled over a month ago - no money back yet! They Never Answer The Email O

Never order form these people. I did a trial 6.95 (which I didn't get for about 7-8 days) How can you try something in a day or two? They autoshipped exactly 10 days after ordering. I called immediately to cancel - the person (Monica) was nice, went over to warehouse and pulled order to stop shipment. Said I would get refund in less than 30 days. This was 12/23 - Last week I finally after I don't know how many times of calling and no response, I go through and the lady said I was scheduled to have my refund before 1/23/06. It's 1/25 now and still no luck of getting an answer.

I would highly recommend this company be put out of business - there moto on the web says no hassles. They are full of %$#^$%^$%&.

Hope future burnees can be warned.
