Would not give refund

I ordered what I thought was a free 14 day trial bottle of Green Tea (which I thought I only had to pay s&h which was 6.95). 14 days later I was charged $74.95 for a full order of the "Green Tea". I called to cancel/get a refund as I hadn't even received the 14 day trial bottle. I was told I would need to fill out the "Official Cancellation Request Form" before I could cancel/get a refund on my "account". I gave themmy email address and was to receive this "form" on my email. After several days of calling and still not getting the "form" I finally talked to someone that told me how to find the form on their web page. I found the "form", printed it out and mailed to the address on the "form" on March 25th. I actually received the 14 day trial bottle on March 23rd which I immediately returned to the address on the package.
The form states that "due to mail delivery times beyond out contol, please allow up to twenty-one (21) days for processing".

I went into the hospital on March 25 and didn't get home until April 15. I have been recuperating and this issue was the furthest from my mind.

On July 15th I called and was told flat out that because I did not cancel within the 14 day window I would not be receiving a refund. So even though I didn't receive the product and try it within the 14 days I wasn't able to get a refund.

The charge showed on my back account on 3/13 and I called the 800 on March 16th. But because they gave me the run around on their "Official Form" and they wouldn't accept thru email I was not within their "unattainable deadline.
