Best Buy Golf Supply
Will not refund money, answer emails, answer phone

I purchased 10 golf grips from best buy and was told the order would go out the next day paid by credit card. I recieved an email 3 days later saying my order would be delayed because they did not have all of the items in stock. I needed these grips quick as I had somone waiting for golf clubs to be built. When I recieved the email I tried to call and cancel the order but that was a joke they would not answer the phone because they were to busy on other calls really give me a break. I finally got someone who was not very nice told him my situation and tried to cancel the order said I had to send the request by email. Ok so I did and for the nest few days I called to see if the email was recieved and someone told me yes it was canceld. I thought everything was resolved. Guess what about a week later I recieve the grips my account was charged 37.00 so thats when it became a nightmare with best buy golf supply. When the grips came in the mail I refused them sent them back. Big mistake I thought these people would do the right thing and refund the money back but I was wrong any good business would do that for you, but not these people they have refused to answer any emails I really don't think they even have an email box, they will not talk to me I have tried to talk to them but they get mad start shouting profane language and hang up. At first it was disbelief what kind of business is this. I don't look to be getting any refund but I will tell everyone Do Not do business with these people. I wish I would have checked them out before ordering. I send out a warning avoid the ripoff and buy your golf supplies somewhere else.
