Lean Life PM, ripoff, fraudulent billing, no answer customer service

I ordered the trial product for $1.99. The website stated if I cancelled within 14 days that I could avoid auto ship charges.

I sent numerous emails & only got auto replies and made several phone calls and was either cut off or it just rang. They charged my card $99.90

I finally spoke to someone who told me that I had to pay for the first auto shipment even if I didn't want the product and I pointed out to her what the website stated (which by the way has been changed now). So they agreed to refund my money if I shipped the product back.

I received the product the next day and fedexed it back to them. Of course I have not yet gotten a refund and of course I cannot get a return email or reach anyone on the phone.
