Offer is for FREE Trial of product. Order page said you will be charged $99.96 and when you file the rebate form you will be refunded your money. You can cancel at anytime, if you do not cancel within 30 days you will be charged $99.96 for the second shipment. This was all fine with me. BUT once I submitted the order and got the rebate form, the rebate is in the form of a VISA giftcard that expires in 90 days. Also your rebate willnot be processed for 40 days until you have paid for the second shipment for $99.96. I immediately called the company to cancel and was told the order was already processed and they would not cancel the order or refund my money. The would cancel the future order but told me there was NO WAY I was getting back the $99.96 for the first order. I asked for a supervisor and he said there was not one there. He was VERY rude and it was quite obviously that he knew exactly what to say and that this was standard process for them to have people call to cancel. I explained that this was fraud and misleading and he just blew me off. Beware of ordering anything from this company!!!
