My husband and i upgraded our wedding set at zales in humble, texas in april. I purchased a 1.1 ct princess diamond. We sent our rings out to be sized. My husband picked them up and i commented that it didnt look right but he said it was because we changed from yellow to white gold. I put my ring back inthe box and never gave it a second thought. I work in hospital so i never wear my ring.

Every six months you have to bring your ring in to keep your warranty. While the salesman was getting the paperwork togather i browsed the store. This is when i noticed the ring i have was a lot smaller than other rings that had a smaller carat size. Naturally i panicked and brought this to the attention of the store manager. At this time he handed my ring back to me and said the ring i have isnt even a zales ring.

We asked to speak to the jeweler and they said he died. We asked them to pull surveillance videos and they said they didnt have any. I went to two other zales stores where they told me i did in fact have a zales ring. Still no one will do anything.

We have always done business with zales and have spent a substantial amount of money with this company. This means absolutley nothing to them. If i have to eat $5000 i at least want other consumers to be aware so they dont become victims.
