I have to post here to give a special mention to the sales assistant named Diamond. She has to be the rudest, most unhelpful staff member I have ever come across. She was rude to me and at least three other people in front of me. When one woman called her on it she just replied that she was going on her break. But that's no excuse. If the manager had heard her I'm sure she would be fired. As it is she did a disservice to the manager and the company in being rude to at least three people within earshot of around 10 or 15 other people. Now if each one of those people tells one more person then one of those posts on the internet... Well, you get the picture.
