My horrific experience with Verizon Wireless begins with customer representative call today. The primary line and secondary line was activated on a two year contract started in Dec. 03'.

When I called to verify that the contract should end this month, I found out they renewed my contract for another year, because I activated a used PDA phone that I purchased from a 3rd party. I made sure that when I activated my used phone (back in October 05'), my contract is NOT renewed. Even at the time of the call, the representative never mentioned any renewal notices.

The supervisor I spoke to, Jeremy, said the secondary line was renewed when I activated the phone in October. There is nothing he can to resolve this issue, except if I'm able to submit to them an invoice or receipt that the purchase was not from an authorized dealer.

The phone is used, how do you expect me to get an invoice from a 3rd party sale? They just tried to accuse me that I disregarded the letter of confirmation. Jeremy even had the guts to implied that I was a smartass, because I criticized about their database.

They should be able to look up the previous owner of the phone by the HEX number, but he refused. He just said there are no records of previous owner on the phone I'm using.

I've filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and 7 on your side within the Bay Area. I hope my voice will be heard.
