Lied to me ripoff

I was initially misinformed by my salesperson over the phone about how roaming fees and charges occur.
My uncle passed away and I incurred $360 in roaming charges in 3 days! I called the customer service to set up payment so I could keep my phone active and they told me to pay what I could now and then I could set up payment arrangements when my account became overdue and still keep my service active.
I payed $100 at that time then my account went overdue the next day. I called to customer service who transferred me to financial services where I was told that if I committed to a payment which I told them I could pay the full balance on 1/1/06, that my account would stay active.
Much to my amazement my phone was shut off the next day and I called to find out why. They said that whoever told me that was incorrect and the best they could do was post date a check and my account will still be off. It was a series of lies and I have been a good customer for a long time.
Do not let TMobile fool you. They cheat, lie and steal like any large corporate entity! They would do nothing to help me at all. Now I will go this Christmas without speaking to any of my family from out of town. Thank you TMobile for making this such a Merry Christmas!!
