Ripoff on delivery charges

I ordered a rifle scope and paid for UPS/next day delivery. Web site stated orders received by 11CST M-F would be guaranteed next day delivery for the extra charge. My order was received by them before 11 yet they did not ship next day. I called customer service and their rep was unconcerned and unwilling to adjust. Her reply was UPS did not deliver on Saturdays; I called UPS and they do deliver on Saturday.
