Shipping charge rip off

I ordered a pair of baseball cleats for my son on Thursday from the Eastbay website. The cleats were on sale for $49.99. He wanted to wear them for Friday nights game, so I purchased OVERNITE shipping for $31.98. Bottom line... I did not receive the cleats until Monday. 3 Days after order. I called Eastbay to complain about shipping charge and was told to read shipping policy and that UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless you pay extra? Is $31.98 not extra. Here is a copy of overnight shipping, from there website. Where does it state pay extra for Saturday delivery? I will never order from Eastbay again.in past online ordering experiences, I have received delivery time or that next day is not available. Times are hard, I guess Eastbay needs all the money they can get.
