SCAM ripoff

I purchased a home in February mortgage was with New Century Mortgage out of Los Angeles. During the months of August, September and October, I had an illness in which I wasn't able to work.

I made an agreement with SPS and an agreement was reached and I was told that the paperwork would be sent for me to sign and send along with the money agreed.

I was told by representative NOT to send any money till, I got the agreement, I have called several times and everytime I am told that the paperwork will be out next week, I called again and I was told the paperwork was under approval.

I called a fourth time and I was told that then paperwork would be at my door in 4 days, it has been 2 weeks and they are holding off and not sending the paperwork, they know foreclosure is dated for Feb. 3rd and they are taking their time and giving me the runaround.

I wanted to call the company, I look at the rear of the statement and the phone number provided is (000) 000-0000, check your bill, you'll see what I mean.

If someone can help, please. I don't want to lose my home, I have everything to satisfy the agreement, but they have completely brushed me off.

I have asked to send the agreement via UPS, by FAX and now they tell me it's going through Quality Aproval, What?

Go figure!
