Had refrigerator for repair since July and Problem still not fixed. District Manager Won't return call and refuses to see me

I brought a refrigerator from them in 2004 Dec. I had to buy my own line for ice maker. When we tried to install it in july we notice that the box for the line was broken. They pick it up in july. Brought it back and it had another problem the screw on the door was strip.

They brought us a loaner and it stop working also. We went without a refrigerator for a couple of days I am not sure I did not realize it would take this long to fix. We called and ask them to remove the loaner that did not work, and the mananger got a attitude and stop that contract.

He is new to the store i had not had this problem before. (will) WE resolve that matter and we waited once again. About three weeks it came back another problem. The door would not close. I did not call customer service, because i thought they would be professional about it and handle it the right way.

Now the date is nov. 28. I call the customer service they gave me the district Managers number I talk to him. At 3:30 the Manager of the store called me and told me my refrigator would be there at 4:00 P.M. They came About 4:45 the problem that i sent it in with the first time was not fix and now the refrigator was not getting cold.

I call them back that day that told me I would Have to wait until the next day. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my mom is a diabetec. Our meds. Have to be kept in the refrigator. I feel this company has put our lives in danger once to many times.

I called first thing the next day very upset. I said to the Manager after 6 Month I am tried of this shit, and he hung up on me. He than had another worker call me back and ask for the payment for my computer. It had been due last Saturday which was three days ago.

Then about 1 hr. Later they came with a loaner refrigator and Will the Manager came also, he had never came when i had any other problem before. He was looking in my bedroom for no reason what so ever. The refrigator belongs in the kitchen.

The Parts that were left here the first time did not go to my refrigator. I tried to tell Him that I should charge him 6 months storage fee for his property. He told me they did go to my refrigator, he was tring to be very smart about it and told the other guy to throw them in the garbage. I have 2 refrigator and i can not get in and out of my kitchen cabinets and drawer.

I went to pay for my computer $141.14 and the district manager was at the store. I had a conversation with Mike he has been nice and very kind since day one. He told me a repair would be to my house Nov. 30. I paid for my computer for the month which I am a Bi weekly customer, and they tell me I am always late.

Will took the Payment and was very nice for 5 min. Until he got my money. I wait for another 5 min. Then I said I the one who has been treated wrong I am not waiting. I was walk out the door and WILL said, " Bill doesn't want to talk to you because I threated Conrad" Conrad is the Ast. Manager. He has help me always.

I didn't like Conrad at first, but realize he was only doing his job. I had a Computer problem and it took maybe 4 times but he fixed it and told me he was sorry. He has been very nice through this whole situation. He has delivered the refrigator every time. I have never been nasty to him because problem do happen.

I had a very loud shouting match with WILL for about 5 min and BILL never came out the back. He not a very good district Manager. He could not even face me. I have called his phone, I called customer service and no one will return my call. I wonder if it's because I have one payment to go. They think i am going to drop this no!!!

The Refrigator could stop work in Febuary, because of the ware and tare. People who paid there money should not be subjected to manager hanging up on them. They should not hire People without a back bone to be District Manager. It hard enough dealing with life we don't need people like this in high position.

I have called my doctor because of the stress and the physcial labor that they have put me thought. This has numbness to run through both my arm from all the things I had to do. Try removing everything out of your refrigator after Thanksgivinig twice.
