Sears KitchenAid Refrigator - Kitchenaid Refrigerator Repai

I called in the repair to the home warranty on Sunday, Sears tech did not show up until Tues, had to order a simple evaporator motor. It arrived late Thurs, but when the tech showed up on Fri to install it the part was wrong it was an icemaker part. Told the part would not arrive until next week and first available install was probably wed. Because will ship over the weekend or install. So over a week and half and no refrigator.
I have tried to call the resolution hotline all this morning to talk to a supervisor, I have called over 8 times asking to speak to a supervisor and each time after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes I get hung up on!!!
