I bought a Kenmore Refrigator (model #253.7031) in November 13. Today we went to get a filter for the ice make and water system and was told the filters are no long manufactured. They told us to call around and see if any parts or repair center might have some stocked! I am so frustrated and not for sure what to do, at this point I want a new refrigator so that I can use all the options that come on the frig. Why did Sears not contact me or allow me to buy this frig when they found out the filters were no longer manufactured? I need to be righted for this problem, can you please assist us.
