Extended warrenty rip off

Lowes is selling something (extended warrenty) that they'll not pervide. I bought a refrigator and extended warrenty. The system broke down three weeks before. After 50 units to the cellphone i had been told that it'd be fourteen days befour a technition could be out to check out it. Technology. Came and said he'd to order a lover would take two more weeks to get. I continued line and found the part and may have experienced it in two times??? Technology named and said the part will be sent to my house on 9-10-12 by u.P.S. (never arived) so when i acquired the part to call him to create a apointment. I reported to your service rep. Boss he explained he'd to investagate the issue and he'd call me 24 hours later which was yesterday. Therefore here i'm having a refrigator that dosnt work with no result in sight.
