I first contacted Quiet Solution on the internet on July 8. At that time I ordered 5 replacement windows for my home. I was told that before the order could be accepted their salesperson would have to come to my home, verify my measurements, and collect a deposit.

When the salesperson appeared (Cliff Brannick) I showed him the 5 bay windows in the front of my house that I had previously installed and told him the 5 I was now ordering needed to match those. The difference being the bay windows were casement types and the windows I was ordering that day were to be double hung. I told him they needed to be white, vinyl, low-e, double pane and must fit into the existing opening. Mr. Brannick told me at that time that to include all these features I needed their Signature Line. I agreed. I gave him a downpayment of $750.00.

Three months later and I still hadn't heard from Quiet Solution. I decided that that was enough time to fabricate and deliver my 5 windows so I called them. I spoke to a Mary Wolbach who told me that she would check on my order and call me back that day. She didn't so I called her the next day only to hear her voice mail saying she would call me back that day if I left a message. She didn't and so on. After a half a dozen calls and no response I went back to their webpage and found a customer service phone number. That person assured me that I would back from Ms. Wolbach the next day and I did. At that time she said they were just finishing up my window order and that she could arrange a delivery date of 11-8-05. My wife took a day off work so she could be home to receive the delivery. The delivery never came and noone called. When I got home I couldn't believe it so I immediately call Mary Wolbach and she answered. She told me she would find out where the delivery truck was and call me back. She never called. I called her several times after that but to no avail, always the same voice mail never a call back.

Finally, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I called the main office and stated that I was coming to their facility that day to pick up my windows. When I arrived I was greeted by a Scott Fullen who told me that they were in the midst of finishing the last window of the 5 I had ordered. After waiting approxiametly 20 minutes Scott and his men brought out the windows. They were not what I expected nor what I thought I had ordered. Worst of all they could not work for my type of installation. He told me that this was the Signature Line. I told him this was not the window that I agreed to purchase.

I believe that over the last three months I've been misled, lied to, ignored and finally been provided with a useless product. I gave them $750.00 in good faith and in return I've received nothing but grief. My wife missed a day of work, and I had to drive 50 miles only to be dissappointed. I should bill Quiet Soluton for my wife's missed pay and also for my time and truck expense. I would agree not to do that in lieu of a $750.00 refund from Quiet Solution.
