Quiet Solution
Did not follow the contract and promise, ripoff

This company doing nothing after taken half of the money for the replacement of my home's windows. I signed up the contract with Quiet Solution on July 15. Bill Kaska is the sale rep.

In the contract it stated the work will be completed within 5 weeks. They require me to pay 50 % of the sale price upon completion of site measurement. Then I was informed that they were moving the manufactory site from sacramento to sunnyvale. It was scheduled the move for the 2 weeks but it has taken 4 weeks to bring all the equipment.

I wrote a letter to them and they has put in writing that they have scheduled my intallation to begin on November 11. I was waiting the whole day and no one came or call me. I called the windows department director Mary Wolbach but can't get in touch with her. They owed me the money ($1600) and the trust I put on them.
