One Call Long Distance Company - Navicomm
Ripoff - Billing Fraud Ohio

I received a bill from One Call Long Distance Co. On behalf of a company called Navicomm for a charge that they said our household uncurred. No one was home at the time to make a call. Our computer was turned off.

I tired contacting the company and the call goes unanswered.

I do not plan on paying this bill. Can someone help me resolve this issue so that it is not sent to the credit companies.
