Ripoffs charging for service they don't have, no serive at home immediate neigborhood - NO signal but i'm being charged. Brooklyn

First - had the sprint dualband phone model #sch-3500 - this phone came with voice activation free of charge - my wife went to sprint to get an upgrade of this phone - the sprint rep. Sold her the sprint touch point model #tp1100 - this phone did not come with voice activation - when we called sprint they said this phone is an upgrade but does not come with voice activation, voice activation on these phones are a seperate chage - what a ripoff.

Second - in my house and my area i do not get service at all - after speaking with sprint rep. They told me thats not their fault just pay the bills. So again i'm paying for their service but they in turn are not provideing service - i spoke with 4 other tenants in my building who have the same promblem -
I wanted to cancell and switch to another provider who does cover my area - however sprint told me it would be $150.00 to cancel ther service although i'm again not get any service - the ultimate ripoff.
